FAST OVEREDGING OF THICK CARPETS WITH COMPLEX SHAPES WITH 3 THREADS

Thanks to compact upper structure of the machine, it is easy to sew inner turns of a small diameter. Even an internal hole can be sewn.

This machine has been specially developped to sew very thick materials up to 18mm. Specially suitable for aviation carpets with small cut outs. The 3 thread sewing gives an extra flat finishing.

Can also easily sew inside openings for boat or plane carpets

Options to improve the quality and productivity :

• RPE : To change number of stitches easily
• SET 30565 : tape insertion under overedging up to 22mm
• NCV : needle cooling for better sewing result (strongly advised)
• MEM : electronic motor : needle stops always in upper position
• FH : oil filter system : to reduce downtimes and maintenance
• TAM : movable upper teflon table
• TA/AHC : fixed upper table
• BW : blower unit when sewing high pile carpets
