FAST OVEREDGING MACHINE OF THICK CARPETS WITH COMPLEX SHAPES

Thanks to compact upper structure of the machine, it is easy to sew inner turns of a small diameter. Even an internal hole can be sewn.

This machine has been specially developped to sew very thick materials up to 18mm. Specially suitable for aviation carpets with small cut outs.

Options to improve the quality and productivity :

• RPE : To change number of stitches easily
• SET 30565 : tape insertion under overedging up to 22mm
• NCV : needle cooling for better sewing result (strongly advised)
• MEM : electronic motor : needle stops always in upper position
• FH : oil filter system : to reduce downtimes and maintenance
