OVEREDGING FOR CAR, PLANE AND BOAT MATS WITH 3 THREADS

This model is designed for normal 10mm overedging of car mats or other mats, with 3 threads, for carpet up to 10mm thickness .

Due to the unique compact upper structure and the new pressure foot cylinder, it becomes very easy to sew internal curves even of a small diameter (min 25 mm). You can also finish an internal hole in the middle of a carpet (min 50mm). Additional options such as RPE (external density adjuster, MEM electronic motor, FH oilfilter , NCV needle cooler and SET 30566 tape insertion , will improve the quality of the finished mat. This heavy duty industrial sewing machine can handle any quality of carpet and threads without any problems for many many years. All parts are made in our own factory and quality checked for optimal results.
