OVEREDGING FOR CAR, PLANE AND BOAT MATS WITH 2 THREADS

TITAN 2500AHC model is developed for overedging of car, plane and boat carpets. This model allows for sewing internal and external curves of small diameters.

The machine is always fitted with a pneumatic footlift and tension opener to make it easier to manipulate the carpet while sewing.

Due to the unique compact upper structure and the new pressure foot cylinder, it becomes very easy to sew internal curves even of a small diameter (min 25 mm). You can also finish an internal hole in the middle of a carpet (min 50mm). Additional options such as RPE (external density adjuster, MEM electronic motor, FH oilfilter , NCV needle cooler and SET 30566 tape insertion , will improve the quality of the finished mat. This heavy duty industrial sewing machine can handle any quality of carpet and threads without any problems for many many years. All parts are made in our own factory and quality checked for optimal results
